After a site is completed, it may need to be updated on a regular basis, while others only need to be updated every once in a while.

Site maintenance is very important and is most often overlooked.

Keeping your site's content fresh, will impress new visitors and keep old ones coming back. 

Old information needs to be removed or archived, links have to be checked and updated as necessary, graphics (such as banner ads) need to be working properly and new information needs to be inserted.
